The Company was today notified that Paul Hamer, Director and Chief Executive Officer, sold 129,235 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of Ā£1.01 each.

The Company announced on 6 June 2017 that Douglas McCormick will replace Paul Hamer as CEO from 12 June 2017.

Following this transaction, Mr Hamer has no beneficial holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company.
