Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that Mr Nicholas J. Taylor, a director of the Company, purchased 700 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44.9 pence per share today. Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest has increased to 85,128 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
