Waterman Group PLC17 March 2006 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding The Company was today informed that Mr Graham R Hiscocks, a director of theCompany, exercised options over 50,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each at anexercise price of 44.5p per share on 16 March 2006. Following this transaction,Mr Hiscocks' beneficial interest has increased to 88,436 ordinary shares,representing approximately 0.3 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital ofthe Company. The company was also informed that Mr Craig W K Beresford, a director of theCompany, exercised options over 50,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each at anexercise price of 44.5p on 16 March 2006.
