Director Shareholding
The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 77p per share on Friday 31st October 2008.
Following this transaction, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 324,238 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
