Waterman Group PLC28 March 2006 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited, purchased 95,632ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of172p per share yesterday. Following this purchase, Waterman Trustees Limitedheld 101,077 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued ordinaryshare capital of the Company.
