Waterman Group PLC02 July 2007 WATERMAN APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR Waterman Group plc ("Waterman"), one of the UK's leading multi disciplinaryengineering and environmental consultancies, announces that it has todayappointed Simon D. Harden as an Executive PLC Board Director with effect from 1July 2007. Simon, aged 51 is currently Managing Director of WatermanInternational, he is responsible for the Group's overseas operations. Waterman also confirms that, as previously announced on 10 January 2007, BobCampbell has retired from the PLC Board and has been succeeded as ManagingDirector by Nick Taylor with effect from 1 July 2007. Nick Taylor, the new Managing Director of Waterman, commented: " I am delighted to announce the appointment of Simon to our Board. Simon hasplayed a vital role in the development of our overseas operations and hasconsiderable in-depth knowledge of the global property and construction market.I am confident that he will make an excellent contribution to our Board.
