Share Issue and
Total Voting Rights
W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, tin and gold mining company with assets in Spain and Portugal, announces that it has issued 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares") at a deemed price of 10p per Ordinary Share. These shares have been issued to Mr Paul Hailes, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, as part of his 2021 remuneration package.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
Settlement and Dealings
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on or around 3 September 2021.
Total Voting Rights
Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 117,856,851 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company has no shares held in Treasury. This figure of 117,856,851 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
