29 May 2007 UTV plc VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:
UTV plc's capital consists of 54,801,518 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, all with voting rights. UTV plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in UTV plc is 54,801,518.
The above figure of 54,801,518 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, UTV plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
