Exercise of Options
Wolf Minerals Limited (the 'Company'), the specialty mineral exploration and development company, today announces it has applied for 80,000 depository interests representing fully paid ordinary shares (the 'Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM') ('Admission').
The Shares are being issued pursuant to an exercise of options which are admitted to trading on the ASX. Admission is expected to become effective on 30 April 2012. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Shares.
Following admission of the Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM and the ASX will be 86,946,006 and the number of options admitted to trading on the ASX will be 21,356,598.
