Wolf Minerals Limited (AIM: WLFE), has today issued to an entity closely associated with Mr Ronnie Beevor, Non-Executive Director, 50,378 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of fees at a rate of A$0.1191 per Ordinary Share under the Wolf Minerals Limited Directors' Share Plan as approved by shareholders on 21 November 2014, 16 November 2015 and 29 November 2016.
Following the above transaction, Mr Ronnie Beevor has an interest in a total of 560,035 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
