APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hewlett to the executive team as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. Paul is currently Executive Director, UK Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Cazenove and will join Workspace in October after completion of his notice period.
