DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Persons Closely Associated with them
Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 18 June 2020, it was notified that each of Graham Clemett and Dave Benson (each a person discharging managerial responsibility for the Company), (the "PDMRs") had received a Conditional Award over Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Workspace Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
Under the rules of the LTIP, the Company's Remuneration Committee has a discretion to reduce vesting if the extent to which the performance conditions are satisfied is inconsistent with the overall performance of the business, including in circumstances where there would be a significant disparity between the vesting outcome and the underlying performance of the business. The Remuneration Committee intends, if appropriate, to consider whether to exercise this discretion in relation to the 2020 LTIP awards, having regard to any Covid-19 impact on share price.
