eServGlobal (AIM:ESG & ASX:ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, advises that the Executive Chairman is engaged on a weekly contract at £5,000 gross per week. His contract may be terminated by either party on one week's notice and, in the event of termination, there is no entitlement to any termination payment, other than pay in lieu of notice. Mr Conoley does not participate in any bonus plan.
