Walker Greenbank PLC27 January 2006 For immediate release 27 January 2006 WALKER GREENBANK PLC ("Walker Greenbank" or "the Company") Trading Update Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishingsbusiness whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, ispleased to update the market on its performance in the full year ending 31January 2005. The recovery seen in the first half of the year continued into the second half,and the business continues to trade in line with the Board's expectations. As aresult the Company expects to meet market forecasts for the full year. As announced on 7 December 2005, the Company has offered all current anddeferred pensioners of the Walker Greenbank Pension Plan a cash payment in lieuof non-statutory increases to their pensions. The Company has been encouraged bythe level of acceptance of these cash payments and by the resulting improvementin shareholder funds.
