Director/PDMR Shareholding
Wey Education (AIM: WEY), the educational services group, announces director dealings in the Company's shares.
Barrie Whipp, Chairman, has notified the Company that on 23 June 2020 his personal SIPP sold 491,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 28.61 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, further detailed below, Mr Whipp's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Barrie Whipp commented, "WEY shares had become a significant part of my personal pension plan and in consultation with the fund manager we decided to reduce my holding. My direct non-SIPP holding in WEY remains unchanged".
