Holdings in Company 

The directors of the Company were notified on 14 May 2008 that on 26 March 2008, Mill Properties Limited sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company. The directors of the Company were also notified on 14 May 2008 that on 28 March 2008, Mill Properties Limited sold a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following these transactions, Mill Properties Limited now has a beneficial interest of in the share capital of the Company of 9,670,700 ordinary shares, representing 4.68% of the Company's issued share capital.
