Walker Crips Group plc, announces that today, Sean Lam, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 11,213 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from the Company's SIP account to his personal SIPP account. The 11,213 Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 29.00 pence each and subsequently purchased at a price of 29.25 pence each.
Accordingly, Sean Lam's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 647,741 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.52% of the voting rights in the Company.
