Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 26 March 2019 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 124,016 ordinary shares (comprising of 62,008 Partnership and 62,008 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 25.1p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their March salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.
Sean Lam acquired 595 Partnership shares and 595 Matching shares, giving him a total of 57,973 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
