Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 14 December 2015 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 28,379 ordinary shares (comprising 28,379 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 52.25p.
