Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 28th June 2013 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 30,068 ordinary shares (comprising 15,034 Partnership shares and 15,034 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 29.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their June salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.
