Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 07 October 2022, the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 167,207 ordinary shares (to be utilised as 167,207 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 26.98 pence per ordinary share.
Sean Lam, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 2,688 Dividend shares, giving him a total of 63,420 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
