On 30 July 2019, Sean Kin Wai Lam purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.10 pence per share.
Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Sean Kin Wai Lam is 617,496 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
