Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Karl Monaghan, non-executive director, purchased 8,900 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for his SIPP at a price of 550p per share on 4 December 2016. As a result, the combined beneficial holding of Karl Monaghan, his wife and his son in the Company is 53,542 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.13 per cent. in aggregate of the Company's issued share capital of 40,903,941 ordinary shares.
