Grant of options under Sharesave scheme

The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 September 2012 the following grants of options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each were made under The Vitec Group 2011 Sharesave Scheme and The Vitec Group 2011 International Sharesave Plan to Directors and PDMRs.
