Director Change - Carolyn Fairbairn
Further to the announcement by the Confederation of British Industry ("CBI") on Monday, 29 June 2015, Carolyn Fairbairn, Non-Executive Director of The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec"), will be standing down from her position as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of Vitec prior to taking up her new appointment as Director-General of the CBI. A further announcement will be made in due course on the transfer of Board responsibilities.
John McDonough, Chairman of Vitec, commented:
