RECOMMENDED ACQUISITION OFÂ BRAMLINÂ BYÂ VICTORIA OIL & GAS PLCÂ ("VOG")Â BY WAY OF SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENTÂ
UNDER SECTION 105 OF THE COMPANIES (GUERNSEY) LAW, 2008 (AS AMENDED)
COURT SANCTIONÂ
The Directors of Bramlin and VOG are pleased to announce that, at the Court Hearing held earlier today, the Royal Court of Guernsey has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement ('Scheme') for the acquisition of Bramlin by VOG under Section 105 of the Companies (Guernsey) law, 2008 (as amended).Â
Under Guernsey law the Scheme has thereby become effective on 12 November 2008 ('Effective Date').Â
