VinaLand LimitedDirector ShareholdingVinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 23 April 2012, Michael Arnold, a Director of the Company, acquired an indirect interest in the Company following the acquisition by a family-owned trust of 20,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD$0.575 per Ordinary Share.As a result of this transaction, Mr. Arnold has an indirect interest of 84,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a 0.017 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
