(VCIM) today announces that it hasacquired 79,250 ordinary shares in VNL at a price of US$1.34 per share. As aconsequence of his interests in the parent company to VCIM, Horst Geicke now hasan indirect interest in VNL of 412,583 ordinary shares in addition to hisexisting direct interest in 2,750,000 ordinary shares of VNL. As a consequenceof his interest in the parent company to VCIM, Don Lam now has an indirectinterest in VNL of 412,583 ordinary shares in addition to his existing directinterest in 1,455,250 ordinary shares of VNL.
