Director Shareholding

VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 19 July 2010, Michael Arnold, a Director of the Company, acquired an indirect interest in the Company following the acquisition by a family-owned trust of 64,500 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of $0.78 per Ordinary Share. 

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Arnold has an indirect interest of 64,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.013 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
