Director ResignationThe Board of VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that, in a letter dated 24 February 2013, Mr. Michael Arnold resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Arnold has retired from the Board to take up a senior advisory role with VinaCapital Group, the investment manager to the Company. The Board would like to thank Mr. Arnold for his past service and his significant contribution to the development of the Company since he joined the Board in 2009.
