Appointment of new Chairman 

VinaLand Limited ("the Company" or "VNL"), the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to target strategic segments within Vietnam's emerging real estate market, announces that Mr. Michel Casselman has been appointed to the role of Chairman of the Company, effective 1 November 2013. Mr. Casselman will replace Mr. Nicholas Brooke, who has retired as Chairman however will remain a member of the Board. Mr. Brooke has been Chairman since March 2010. Incoming Chairman, Mr. Michel Casselman stated, "We would like to thank Nicholas for his invaluable leadership of the Company over the last 3.5 years as Chairman. We are especially grateful for his oversight and contributions to the Company as a Director over the past 8 years, in particular, during the lead up to the continuation vote and subsequent new term which incorporated a revised investment policy and three year realisation strategy as a result of the successful EGM vote in November 2012. Going forward, we hope to continue to work closely with shareholders and the Invesment Manager to see cash being returned to our shareholders over the next two years."
