Director Share Dealings

Susan Robertson, Chief Financial Officer, has today exercised 121,361 share options under the Group's Share Option Schemes. The options' exercise price per ordinary share of the Group ("Ordinary Share") was £0.01.

Following this exercise, Susan Robertson holds 304,874 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.48% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares) and options over 404,998 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.64% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares).

Roy Lipski, Chief Executive, has today exercised 1,512,425 share options under the Group's Share Option Schemes. Of the options exercised, 1,404,370 had an exercise price of £0.0489 per Ordinary Share and 108,055 had an exercise price of £0.01 per Ordinary Share.

Following this exercise, Roy Lipski holds 2,269,564 Ordinary Shares (representing 3.60% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares) and options over 942,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 1.50% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares).

No shares in Oxford Catalysts Group PLC are being disposed of by either Susan Robertson or Roy Lipski.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the exercise of these options is 62,978,732.
