Director's Shareholding
Oxford Catalysts Group PLC (OCG.L), the smaller scale Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) technology innovator, announces that it received notification today from Sandy Shaw, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that her spouse, Cecil Shaw, yesterday purchased 17,758 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 140p per share.
