The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Maven Capital Partners UK LLP, First Floor Kintyre House, Glasgow G2 2LW on Thursday, 3 September 2020 at 10.00am. However, in light of the Government advice against all non-essential travel and maintaining social distancing, Shareholders will be unable to attend the AGM in person.
