In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules,Ā Volga Gas Plc (the "Company")Ā today announcesĀ thatĀ following the issuance of shares onĀ 13Ā May 2008,Ā the Company has a totalĀ ofĀ 53,755,232Ā ordinary sharesĀ of 1pĀ in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
TheĀ total number of voting rights in the Company isĀ 53,755,232Ā (there are no shares held in treasury).Ā This figure may be used byĀ shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Volga Gas Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
