Comment on share price movement
Volga Gas plc (the "Company"), the oil and gas exploration and production group operating in the Volga Region of Russia, notes the recent movement in its share price this morning and since 8 April 2019, when the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2018 were announced.
The Company confirms that it continues to trade in line with market expectations and other than the information contained within the final results, including the enhanced dividend policy, is not aware of any corporate developments that support such movement.
