Final Allotment of "C" shares in Ventus VCT plc for 2009-10 Tax Year
The Board of Directors of Ventus VCT plc is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Joint Offer for Subscription dated 12 February 2009, 625,776 "C" shares of 25 pence in Ventus VCT plc were allotted on 7 July 2009.
Application has been made for the admission of the "C" shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities. Dealing in the "C" shares is expected to commence on or before 15 July 2009.
The Offer closed on 30 June 2009. The total number of "C" shares allotted by Ventus VCT plc under the Offer is 6,924,686.
