Deal Group Media plc (AIM: DGM), an independent online marketing group, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 have been distributed to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. 

An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts is available on the DGM website at www.dealgroupmediaplc.com.

The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on 11 July 2008 at 19 Cavendish Square, London, W1A 2AW.
