Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Vela (AIM: VELA), an AIM-quoted investing company focused on early stage and pre-IPO disruptive technology investments, was informed that, on 31 October 2024, Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick, Non-Executive Chairman, bought 37,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.005p per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Fitzpatrick now has a total beneficial interest in 68,500,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The FCA notification in relation to Mr Fitzpatrick's dealing and made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation is appended further below.
