A general meeting of the Company was held on 30 October 2013. A poll was conducted on each resolution proposed at the meeting and the results are detailed below:

1. A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of votes validly cast for or against a resolution.
All resolutions put to the meeting as set out in the Notice of Meeting were carried.
