Appointment of Chairman
Universe Group plc (UNG.L) today announces that with immediate effect Robert Goddard has been appointed Chairman of the Company. John Scholes will step down from that post but remain on the Board of Directors.
Robert Goddard, said "John has led the Group through very testing economic conditions and we are pleased to be able to continue to draw on his knowledge and experience."
