Ultrasis PLC07 January 2005 Ultrasis plc ("the Company") The Company has received conversion notices from holders of £284,400 nominal of the 6 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2008 ("Stock"). Accordingly theCompany will allot 56,880,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p which will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities under the block listing facility grantedin June 2003. Following conversion and allotment the Company will have £1,064,200 nominal of Stock outstanding and 953,135,838 Ordinary Shares in issue.
