John Charcol Launches eConveyancer™

ULS Technology Launches New Conveyancing Service with John Charcol

ULS Technology plc (AIM:ULS), the provider of online technology platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, announces that the independent mortgage expert, John Charcol Ltd. ("John Charcol"), is set to launch a new conveyancing service called "John Charcol Legal" built on the ULS technology platform, eConveyancer™.

This new platform, whereby ULS receives a fee per completed transaction, comprises ten select Law Firms across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. These ten law firms will be rated against one another based upon their service rating, price and proximity to each customer. In addition, a 'tailored service' rating will also be applied as a minimum standard, whereby if any participating firm's rating falls beneath the pre-set level, they will be replaced by another law firm.

This new service offered by John Charcol's mortgage advisers, who are expected to collectively write £2billion in new mortgages in 2016, will ensure their customers save time and money, thereby significantly improving their home moving experience. John Charcol Legal is expected to launch before the end of May 2016 and will be rolled out to 115 mortgage advisers.
