ULS Technology plc (AIM:ULS), the provider of online B2B platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, announces the appointment of Elaine Bucknor as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Elaine Bucknor is currently Sky Plc's Group Chief Information Security Officer and a Group Director in its Technology Executive team. Elaine has over 20 years in operational and strategic technology consultancy and leadership roles, with multinational market leaders in the telecommunications, media, technology, travel, financial and public sectors.

She has advised at Board level on technology capabilities to enable scalable growth and resilience in highly disruptive markets and specialises in shaping and executing innovative technology strategies. Elaine is a key sponsor on a number of programmes to encourage more women into technology-based careers and is also a member of a number of industry councils in the Technology and Cyber security sectors.
