In line with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Ultra notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 May 2022 Ultra's issued share capital consisted of 71,766,311 ordinary shares with voting rights. Ultra does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Ultra Electronics Holdings plc as at 31 May 2022 was 71,766,311.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ultra Electronics Holdings plc under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
