UK Mail Group plc announces that on 22 May 2014, Guy Buswell, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 12,195 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 615p per Share.
Following today's purchase Guy Buswell now holds voting rights attached to 267,807 ordinary Shares representing 0.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.
