The Company was notified on 1 July 2014 of the following share transactions by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
On 1 July 2014, Robert Adair, non-executive Director, transferred 420,000 ordinary shares of 20p each from his funds at Lloyds used for underwriting purposes into his own name.
On the same date, 476,190 ordinary shares of 20p each were transferred from his account at Bank of Scotland into his own name. The shares had previously been charged to Bank of Scotland.
The total figure of 896,190 ordinary shares was transferred at a price of 240p per share.
The charges have now been released on all of these shares and there has been no change in the beneficial ownership of the shares as a result of the transfers.
Therefore Robert Adair's total beneficial interest remains 13,611,062 shares, representing 9.69% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
