Total Voting Rights and Change to Block Listing
Following an exercise of options over 5,921 ordinary shares of 50p each in Development Securities PLC granted under the Development Securities PLC Save As You Earn Option Plan 2005, the Company has released and allotted 5,921 ordinary shares of 50p each from the block listing maintained in respect of these options.
Following the allotment of these shares the Company confirms its total issued share capital is 125,057,003 ordinary shares, of which 118,792 are held as Treasury Shares; leaving a balance of 124,938,211 shares with voting rights. This figure 124,938,211 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
