Development Securities PLC completes 93,000 sq ft letting at PaddingtonCentral to Vodafone
Development Securities PLC, the leading property development and investment company, announces today that the 93,000 sq. ft. letting to Vodafone at its One Kingdom Street, PaddingtonCentral development, funded by Morley Fund Management and Union Investment, has been completed.
The completion of this letting and that to Statoil UK Ltd on 7th July this year takes the occupancy level within the building to 85 per cent of the available space. Practical completion of the construction of One Kingdom Street was reached as recently as 19th February 2008.
