Development Securities PLC investor and analyst site visit
Development Securities will today host a site visit for analysts and investors. The tour will include a visit to 10 Hammersmith Grove, a new development comprising 110,000 sq. ft. of prime office space which recently achieved practical completion; followed by a tour of two schemes in Greenwich - The MVMNT and Morden Wharf.
The visit will highlight some of the positive progress that Development Securities has made across a number of projects to build a strong pipeline of gains over the next few years. Presentations on the Greenwich schemes will demonstrate the Company's focus of creating value through the regeneration of land and property assets.
There will be no new information provided during the day.
